Saturday Morning Group

Jess' Morning Walking Group! 

Today our walk consisted of half mile walking alternated with half mile running. Our distance was 4 miles and we burned over 500 calories!  It always feels like a surprise when walking with the morning crew. As a group, we decide on the workout when we get there which makes it fun :-D

After Our 4 mile walk/run we had Juice (made with apples, oranges, strawberries, and carrots). 
Thanks again hun for the fun but challenging workouts on Saturday morning.
