Swimming with kids makes for perfect bonding time. Swimming is fun. Learning to swim or teaching your kids to swim allows you to burn calories and get your heart rate up. Playing with your kids in the pool will be a blast for you and for them.
Go Biking with the Family!
There are plenty of bike trails at local parks and plenty of cycling clubs to join. You can check this one out if you are a beginner. Get Out and Garden!
Many individuals say that gardening is therapeutic and helps to manage stress. You don't have to have a lot of land or space to start gardening. I recently visited some friends of mine and they are growing tomatoes and peppers out of buckets on their back patio. I think the ideas is GENIUS! I can't wait to start mine!
