Have To Shake It Off
I have been in a health slump over for the last month and a half.Not paying attention to my nutrition, fitness, and overall health has left me feeling complacent and somewhat, well...lazy...a little sloppy too. My days are starting to look a little too familiar and so I have decided to switch things up a bit.
My fitness goals for the week:
- Go out for a morning run each day. (This will be tough, since I work night shift) Not looking forward to this...
- Stretch for 10 minutes before and after each workout. Stretching has been one of those challenges that require me to take a little more time out of my day. I hardly ever take time out to stretch throughout the day so I figured that I should throw it in in the morning.
- Work on my core every day this week. Strengthening you core is so important when working out. Take a glance at the benefits you will receive in this blog. ;-)
- Lose a guaranteed 5 lbs. Yes...that's right. 125lbs is my target goal! :)
